We carefully hand-pack each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.

  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
    Via EMS
    Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers should be aware of potential customs fees.

Our Returns Promise

While we hope you’ll adore every piece as much as we do, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (beachwear and bikinis)
  • Intimate apparel (bras, knickers) with removed hygiene seals

Exceptions are made for faulty items – see below.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging (especially important for bras and knickers)
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

How to Return an Item

    We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package your return:
    Securely pack items in original packaging with RMA number clearly visible.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

Processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is approved (standard shipping times apply).

Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item (such as a misstitched minimiser bra or defective bikini):

  2. We’ll arrange a free return
  3. Receive replacement or full refund including return shipping costs

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Clearly mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Use tracked service – we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
